Create your own My Program experience

Create an itinerary of your favorite Finland programs by clicking the ADD TO MY PROGRAM button on the information card. You can collect trips, tours and programs in your basket and print it out by using the PRINT button.

There are 2 different kinds of products:

1. Products, tours and trips with guaranteed departures. Pre-purchased tickets are recommended, because the number of seats is limited. These products are marked with BUY icon.

2. Products, tours and trips that can be booked only on request and are marked with ON REQUEST icon. These products must be booked with a separate reservation form.

If your itinerary contains both pre-purchased products and products on request, you can ask for a quotation for products on request by clicking MAKE RESERVATIONS button. Fill in your details and send it to Helsinki Expert.

My Program reservation form

After you have added all products to My Program basket you can request a quotation by first clicking VIEW MY PROGRAM and then MAKE RESERVATIONS buttons. All products that are requested are listed at the top corner of this page. You are asked to fill in the date, number of attendants and other details of the first product shown on the list. After completing the form you can continue by clicking CONTINUE button.

If you have several products in your basket you are now requested to fill in the information about the next tour or trip on your list. If your details are the same, you can simply move on by clicking COPY VALUES FROM PREVIOUS button. Your details will be copied and you can click CONTINUE. If the tour details are different, please fill them in separately.

In the end you are asked to fill in your contact details and SEND the reservation form.

You can delete single items from your itinerary by clicking the RED CROSS on the information card.  Whole program can be deleted from CLEAR MY PROGRAM button.

Tell a friend

You can surprise your friend and send him/her a link of your Finland program by clicking the TELL A FRIEND button. Your friend receives a link to your travel plan, which will be kept for 2 weeks.
